The QNS design process starts with the identification of the target demographic and psychographic profiles. The current perception of the product or service in the industry or market is also carefully considered. To be successful we need to identify the purchasers and influencers and determine what they believe about the product or service. From there we can determine how to efficiently reach this audience and what the message is that we need to deliver.

Project Management Approach
QNS provides weekly status updates to clients regarding ongoing project operations including phase/section completion, prototypes, testing, scope changes, scheduling, and other areas as needed.
QNS designates one staff member to work as the Project Manager for the duration of the project. The Project Manager will maintain all communications directly with designated client staff.
QNS uses iterative design and development methods and an "extreme programming" approach. These methods allow clients to monitor the project progress closely and also provide near real-time feedback of graphic design, prototypes, screens, functions, and other aspects of the project. QNS supplies clients with a test application website where they can review, comment, modify, and approve areas of the application. This will allow for a close, interactive, dynamic, and open working environment.
Upon award of the project, QNS will develop a project plan and schedule prior to the start of the project. To ensure project success, QNS recommends that one staff member from the client be designated as the lead liaison. This will maintain consistent communications and streamline feedback through one source.
